RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: November 20, 2025
1. RETURNS
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
2. RETURN WINDOW
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
3. ELIGIBLE CONDITION
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- New and unused
- Uninstalled
- In original packaging
- With all accessories included
We do not accept returns for used, installed, or damaged items.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Installed or assembled products
- Outdoor structures (including pergolas, gazebos, outdoor kitchens) once assembled
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
5. RETURN METHOD
Returns must be completed by mail.
After approval, return instructions will be provided.
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us
7. RESTOCKING FEE
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product price, depending on the supplier.
8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photo or video proof
We will offer:
- Replacement
- Repair (if applicable)
- Full refund
9. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after:
- The returned item is received
- The item passes inspection
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders may be canceled before shipment
- Once shipped, orders must follow the return process
- Custom and freight items may not be cancelable after production begins
11. EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for defective or incorrect items only, subject to availability.
