Because we work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners, shipping times and methods may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, and your delivery address.
This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through ElevatedYardLiving.com (the “Website”).

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States (49 states).
We do not ship to Canada or other international locations at this time.

3. Shipping Costs

Economy Shipping:

• Free shipping on all orders within the United States

  There are no hidden fees or additional charges.

4. Order Processing Time

• 1-3 business days

• Orders after 5 PM EST process next business day

• Weekend/holiday orders process next business day

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Economy: 3–10 business days
Standard: 2–6 business days

Some products—especially large outdoor structures—may require additional lead times. These will be noted on product pages.

6. Supplier Fulfillment

Some items may:

• Ship separately

• Arrive in multiple boxes

• Come from different warehouses

7. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be emailed once shipped.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours.

8. Delayed or Lost Packages

If tracking says “delivered” but you did not receive it:

• Check mailbox, porch, neighbors, building office

• Contact the carrier

• Then contact us at support@elevatedyardliving.com

9. Damaged Packages

If items arrive damaged:

• Send photos within 48 hours

• Email support@elevatedyardliving.com
  We will arrange a replacement or resolution.

10. Freight Deliveries

Large items may ship via freight. Freight deliveries may require:

• Scheduled appointments

• Curbside delivery

• Signature upon delivery

11. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.
